Beautifully decorated house in a stunning location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed at this beautiful house in Piedmont during the autumn holidays (October 18-25, 2025). It's always a challenge to find a suitable house for our group (three families, six adults and nine children), but Casa Balau was a perfect fit. Tastefully renovated, plenty of space for all of us, a fantastic kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty to do, both in and around the house and in the surrounding area (towns, hiking, etc.). The many wineries in the area are an added bonus. In short: highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious holiday home in a beautiful location (the view is phenomenal) for a (large) group of friends or family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A beautiful family home, suitable for larger groups, nestled in the picturesque Piedmont landscape. The house is fully equipped and furnished with attention to style and detail. We stayed for a week in july 2025, exploring the surrounding area and culture in places like Asti, Alba, and Turin. Besides enjoying the beauty of these places, we had more than enough to enjoy on other days: the house, the garden, the pool, and especially the breathtaking view! We would love to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In August, we visited this beautiful location and stayed in this gorgeous house. The weather was wonderful, so we were able to enjoy the swimming and the view. With the outdoor kitchen, the stone oven, the projector, the billiards, and so on, there was plenty to do for the whole family. A wine tasting among all the wineries was a must; they make it a real treat. But perhaps the real highlight was the Italian food. In this region, you can eat the most delicious dishes for a small price! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dit prachtige huis is een grote aanrader. Je kunt midden in de glooiende heuvels van Piemonte tot rust komen en genieten van alle gastronomische schatten die Piemonte te bieden heeft. Ruime villa, fijne ruimtes die ingericht zijn met veel oog voor detail. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Prachtig ingericht huis midden tussen de wijngaarden! Prachtige plek om de Piemonte te ontdekken! Mooie wandelingen door de wijngaarden en genieten van het landschap! En de wijn natuurlijk! Top locatie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wij hebben in juli 2025 enorm genoten van dit heerlijke, comfortabele en zeer smaakvol ingerichte huis in Costigliole d'Asti! Het huis is prachtig gelegen aan een rustig straatje, tussen de wijngaarden in het adembenemende landschap van Piëmont. Het huis is in 2025 volledig gerenoveerd waardoor je hetzelfde (of misschien nog wel meer) comfort ervaart als thuis. De bedden liggen heerlijk en de keuken is voorzien van meer dan voldoende apparatuur en keukengerei waardoor je heerlijke Italiaanse gerechten op tafel kan zetten. De kinderen hebben genoten van het zwembad, de pooltafel & het dartboard en we sloten elke avond af met een karaoke-feest! We vonden het fantastisch en we komen graag terug! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
