Our holiday home in Piedmont is a charmingly restored 1900 wine farmhouse, offering modern comfort, stylish interiors, and plenty of space for families and groups. Set on a hillside among UNESCO vineyards, it features stunning views, a swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and ample opportunities for play and relaxation.
Our holiday home is set on a sunny hillside in Costigliole d’Asti, right in the middle of the vineyards that form part of the UNESCO World Heritage. From the house you overlook a picturesque landscape of rolling hills, vineyards, and historic villages. This is the true Piedmont – a region famed for its wine, truffles, and love of the good life.
The charming village of Costigliole d’Asti is just a stone’s throw away, with everything you need: a lively Sunday market, bakeries, butchers, and several supermarkets. Nearby, you’ll also find gems like Neive and Castagnole delle Lanze – perfect for an afternoon stroll or an aperitivo on a village square.
The towns of Asti and Alba, known for their rich culture, gastronomy, and festivals, are both less than 20 minutes away by car. And with Turin (1h15) and Milan Linate (1h30) within easy driving distance, the location is also excellently accessible by plane.
Our holiday home is set in a former wine farmhouse over 125 years old. Renovated with respect for its past, the house now offers modern comfort while retaining its original charm. Throughout the home, new floors and modern amenities ensure a pleasant and carefree stay.
At the same time, the house breathes history. Authentic features such as the stone vaulted ceilings and the old fireplaces in the kitchen and dining room have been lovingly preserved, forming the warm heart of the home.
The interior is stylish and artistic, with great attention to detail. Each room has been carefully designed – inviting, tasteful, and homely, with a subtle blend of old and new. You’ll feel welcome from the moment you arrive – whether you’re enjoying a glass of wine in the living room, cooking with friends in the spacious kitchen, or relaxing outside with views over the vineyards.
The house offers 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (three large and two compact) – ideal for multiple families or groups of friends. In the brand-new kitchen you’ll find everything a passionate cook could wish for: quality knives and pans, a large SMEG stove, and two SMEG fridge-freezer combinations.
Next to the living room, a new relaxation and games room has been created, equipped with a projector and cinema screen, a football table, and a dartboard. For even more fun, there’s also a pool table – perfect for those who enjoy games and good company.
Outside is just as inviting: a beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a large covered pergola spanning the full lenght of the house, and plenty of space for outdoor cooking and dining. With a pizza oven and a generous Bonfeu BBQ, it’s the ideal setting for long summer evenings with friends, family, and a glass of local wine.
